We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Shipping (No Reason Return)

  • If you choose to return an item without any defect or error from our side, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item (size, color, or product variation), we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange, provided the request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • The item must meet the same return conditions (unused, original packaging, etc.).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • In such cases, we will handle all shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Any bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Personalized or custom-made products
