Returns

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Return Shipping (No Reason Return)

If you choose to return an item without any defect or error from our side, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (size, color, or product variation), we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange, provided the request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

The item must meet the same return conditions (unused, original packaging, etc.).
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

In such cases, we will handle all shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
